We aim to deliver all items as rapidly as possible wherever you are in the World, and generally dispatch items that are in stock in the UK within 48 hours. Currently, the majority of our stock is in the UK so your orders should be with you within 10 days wherever you are. In the UK, you can also select Express Delivery at the checkout which will arrive the next day. Do, however, please let us know on +44(0)1803 833 070 or enquiries@justemoi.co.uk, if you have a specific delivery date in mind. Packages are sent by Royal Mail or Courier, and will require a signature upon receipt.

We deliver Next Day orders when selected, which reach us by 2 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and providing the items are in stock. Next day orders made after 2 p.m. will be dispatched the following day, and orders made after 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, or the next normal working day. Please check with us if you need to be absolutely sure of your next day delivery order, OR order from our Express Delivery category, which lists everything available for Next Day Delivery, with filters to help refine your selection.

Normally we are able to alter an order if it is a relatively small change, such as size or colour so it is definitely worth checking with us.

When you order something on this website you are offering to purchase those items from us. We accept the order for the items when we despatch them to you. Further details about contract law can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

For cancelled orders, an amount of £4.50 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative costs.

Yes we welcome telephone orders during the shop's opening hours 10am-5pm Monday to Saturday. If you would like to place a telephone order please contact us on +44(0)1803 833 070 and we will be happy to help.

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email of confirmation. If you do not receive this please first check your spam folder and then either call 44(0)1803 833 070 or send us an email enquiries@justemoi.co.uk and we will resolve the issue to ensure your order is processed as normal.

All our products are carefully wrapped in tissue paper, and sent in a Juste Moi mailing bag, with our name and address marked on the outside as required by our shipping companies. If you are buying a gift and would like to purchase our giftwrap, we do have an option to select this in the Shopping bag at a cost of £5. The gift will be wrapped in a luxurious box finished with a ribbon tie and, if you have selected it and provided the details, a specific message from you.
To add giftwrap, simply click the giftwrap option in the shopping bag, and add your personal gift message if you wish.

To send a gift please select the recipient's address for delivery (ensure the billing address is your own). You can select our gift wrapping service when you reach the shopping bag, and let us know if there is a specific message you would like us to include, to ensure your gift looks as fabulous on the outside as it will on the inside.

Our lingerie and nightwear are all wrapped in tissue paper, and swimwear in practical polythene bags. To take your gift to the next level, please select our Gift wrapping option in the shopping bag. Here, your gift is wrapped in tissue paper (swimwear will remain in its polythene bag) and beautifully boxed, to ensure the giftee experiences a touch of luxury on opening their exquisite present.

UK Standard Delivery is currently free for all orders over £125. For orders under £125, we charge £3.95.

We ship to all regions of the world in Sterling, US Dollars or Euros. The international shipping charge for Europe is £15.00, irrespective of the size of order; and £20.00 for other International orders.

Deliveries to Europe normally take up to a week. Other countries do of course depend on location, but we usually manage to ensure parcels reach our customers within about 10 days of dispatch.

We will send you a tracking code when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. You should be able to click on this and be taken straight to Royal Mail where confirmation of collection and dispatch will be provided. This will re-assure you that your parcel is on route to you.

If your order is delayed beyond the terms made when you placed the order, we will notify you immediately to discuss the best options for you.

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from Juste Moi. However should you wish, you can return it for any reason within 28 days from the date of dispatch (full priced items) or within 7 days of receipt (sale items) for a full refund or an exchange, provided that:  the Goods are returned to us in 'as new' condition i.e. unworn, unused and unwashed with all labels, tags and packaging intact, and together with the Returns Form. If the Goods are not returned to us within 28 days (7 days for Sale Items) of your receiving them, but are able to deliver a Certificate of Postage which confirms that you sent them to us within this period, please do this.

The delivery cost is free for all orders of £125+, and £3.95 below this amount, but the return postage cost is your responsibility. We are unable to refund the postage cost of returns. We will of course refund the value of the items returned within the timelines and requirements set out above.

Customs/Clearance Fees

International returns that incur a customs/clearance fee will be the customer's responsibility, and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Whilst we generally process refunds within 48 hours of the day they arrive with us, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. However, please do contact us if you particularly require a refund to be made rapidly.

We can exchange your 'as new' product for another item or for a credit note providing we are aware of this requirement within the normal returns period of 28 days, or 7 days for Sale items. For returns of items we do not regularly stock, we will exchange your product for another item or credit note. We are unable to refund these items. We do not take returns of purchases made in the boutique, as we prefer to ensure items here are fitted to both our and your satisfaction.

Exchanges

Alternatively, we can exchange your 'as new' product for another item or for a credit note, whether purchased online or in the boutique. For returns of items ordered especially for you, and which we do not regularly stock, we will exchange your product for another item or credit note. We are unable to refund these items.

We accept payment in UK Pounds Sterling, $US and Euros. IOtherwise, if you are purchasing from outside the UK, your card company will convert the Sterling price to your local currency. We accept payment by all major cards.

Your card will be charged as soon as you place the order. However we do provide a pre-order facility when an item is not immediately available, so that if we are not able to deliver an item to you within 10 days (and often considerably less), you have the option to pre-order it. Importantly in this instance, you make payment only when the item is in stock, and available for you. We will confirm as soon as it arrives with us, in order for you to complete your purchase. When you process payment for your order on this website, you are offering to purchase from us. We accept the order when we dispatch to you. There is no need to set up an account. We understand that you may prefer to check out as a guest. However, if you are likely to visit us more than once, whether online or instore, having an account will help in all sorts of ways: it will be easier for you to check the status of or track your order, and review your order history; we will have a record of the sizes you have purchased, your preferred billing and delivery addresses, and your loyalty points - all of which you can also see. This all helps us to ensure the information we send you is as appropriate as possible, and the experience you have with Juste Moi is as delightful and efficient as possible.

If this doesn't quite provide you with everything you need, please do let us know by 'phone or email, and confirm what's missing and what you need help with.

Here are three easy questions to help you spot if your bra fits correctly: 1) After wearing your bra for a while, when you stand side-on and look in the mirror. is the back of your bra in a straight line around your body? 2) Do your breasts fit neatly into the cups and feel supported without a ‘double boob’ effect? 3) Does the underwire at the side of your bra fit neatly around your breasts, rather than sitting on (or worse - digging into) breast tissue?

If you answered NO to any of these, you are likely to be in the wrong bra. Follow our Fitting guide to find out in just 5 minutes the correct size for you.

Yes we think it’s incredibly important to ensure your swimwear fits as well as your lingerie. We suggest that until you know exactly what you would like, you start with all our swimwear and filter until you reach what you're really after. To do this, go to the SWIMWEAR dropdown menu at the top of any page, and select as much or as little as you wish from the filters, until you find your preferred style and fit. Your Lingerie is luxurious, and both delicate and strong all in one. It is worth caring for, as this will ensure you can enjoy wearing these beautiful pieces for longer. In the first instance, you should always read the instructions on the label and follow this advice. You can of course follow the tips below unless the label states otherwise.

  • Wash only when needed. You can wear a bra more than once!
  • Wash by hand
  • Use cool water (max 30°C) and a mild detergent designed for delicates. We recommend using SOAK, a rinse-free product that we stock and is perfect for even the most delicate lace pattern.
  • Let your lingerie (and swimwear, too) soak in this for a maximum of 15 minutes
  • Allow washed garments to dry lying flat
  • Put your garments away only when completely dry – no ironing!

We recommend replacing your bra every 6-9 months dependant on wear. Often you will be able to tell if it is time to do so, but here are the 3 tell-tale signs that you may need to replace your bra.

  • You can’t tighten the underband around your torso enough
  • The bra has lost shape and form and no longer feels supportive
  • The bra looks and feels worn. There may be damage to hooks and the underwire

Your Swimwear is stunning, relatively expensive and definitely worth caring for, to ensure you can enjoy wearing it for longer.

  • Avoid wearing swimwear you want to make last in the sauna or jacuzzi
  • Avoid excessive contact with chlorine and sunscreen 
  • Rinse swimwear after each use with clean water at the recommended temperature (usually up to 30°C) using a mild liquid detergent. We recommend using SOAK, a rinse-free product that we stock and is perfect for swimwear
  • Allow washed garments to dry lying flat
  • Put garments away only when completely dry – no ironing!

Your garments are luxurious, and whether silk, lace or embroidered tulles, they are worth caring for, as this will ensure you can enjoy wearing these beautiful pieces for longer.   • Allow washed garments to dry lying flat
  • Put your garments away only when completely dry – no ironing unless essential, and even then very carefully with little heat and a thin fabric between iron and silk!

We open from 10am-5pm Monday to Saturday, and we close on Sundays other than occasionally during Festivals in the Summer months. We can open specifically for apoointments at other times of the day.
