Christmas Return & Exchange Policy

Any sale orders between now and Christmas, and any full priced orders between now and 11 December will have a return by date of 8 January 2019, for either refund or exchange. All other orders will follow the regular 28-day policy for full-priced items, and 7 days for sale items.

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from Juste Moi. However should you wish, you can return it for any reason within 28 days from the date of despatch for a full refund or an exchange (for Sale items, we are unable to refund the delivery postage cost of returns), provided that:

  1. the Goods are returned to us in 'as new' condition i.e. unworn, unused and unwashed with all labels, tags and packaging intact, together with the Returns Form within 28 days (7 days for Sale Items) of receipt of the Goods by you; or

  2. if the Goods are not returned to us within 28 days (7 days for Sale Items) of you receiving them, you deliver to us a Certificate of Postage which confirms that you sent the Goods to us within this period.

Alternatively, we can exchange your 'as new' product for another item or for a credit note. If you wish to check availability of stock, or you need your exchange quickly, please contact us.

For returns of items we do not regularly stock, we will exchange your product for another item or credit note. We are unable to refund these items.

For items bought in the Sale, we are unable to refund the postage cost of returns though will of course refund the value of the item at the time of purchase.

For cancelled orders, an amount of £2.50 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative costs.

For items returned which were ordered during a promotional offer linked to a minimum spend, the terms of the offer remain valid on items kept.

This information does not affect your statutory rights. 

Customs/Clearance Fees:

International returns that incur a customs/clearance fee will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refundable amount.


Whilst we generally process refunds within 48 hours of the day they arrive with us, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. However, please do contact us if you particularly require a refund to be made rapidly.
