UK Delivery is currently free for all orders over £50. Orders under £50 will be charged at £3.50. We ship to all regions of the world in sterling, US dollars or euros. International shipping charges are £10 to Europe and £10 to the rest of the world irrespective of the size of order.
In the UK, other than sales and clearance items, Juste Moi provides one free exchange per item over £50. After this, there will be a minimum charge of £5.00 to cover our postage and administrative costs.For sale and clearance items, postage on the initial order is free for orders over £50. After this, all exchange deliveries will be charged at a minimum cost of £3.50.
Subject to availability and under normal circumstances, deliveries to the UK will be made within 5 working days. In the event that goods are not in stock but are in stock at the manufacturer, delivery will normally be made within 14 days. In most cases the goods are dispatched via Royal Mail on the next working day. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched the following Monday if in stock.
In the event that an item is out of stock and cannot be delivered from the manufacturer within the usual timescale, we will contact you to discuss the situation, and provide a refund if required.
For online orders, your order number will also be your returns number. Please package the goods in suitable packaging and mark the outer box or envelope clearly with your returns number. Goods will not be accepted without a returns number. For telephone orders, please contact us for a returns number.
In the interests of high customer satisfaction, we are happy to exchange or refund garments purchased over the internet provided they are returned at the customers expense within 7 days of receipt of goods for UK customers and 14 days for overseas customers. For hygiene reasons, goods will only be accepted back for credit if clearly unused and with all labels intact .Damaged goods must be reported by phone on receipt. Customers must have a returns number before any goods can be returned. Goods only with a valid returns number marked on the outer packing will be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.
