Delivery

UK Delivery is currently free for all orders over £50. Orders under £50 will be charged at £2.75.  We ship to all regions of the world but only in sterling, US dollars or euros. International shipping charges are £7 to Europe and £7 to the rest of the world irrespective of the size of order.

Under normal circumstances deliveries to the UK will be made within 5 working days. In the event that goods are not in stock but are in stock at the manufacturer, delivery will normally be made within 14 days. In most cases the goods are dispatched via Royal Mail on the next working day. In the event that an item is out of stock and cannot be delivered from the manufacturer within the usual timescale, we will contact you to discuss the situation, and provide a refund if required.

Payment

Payment is very simple. Just browse the site and click on items that you wish to purchase and they will drop into the shopping cart. When you have completed shopping simply go to the cart, check that the listing is correct and click the tab place order. You will be asked a few more questions that we need to satisfy the order. We accept payment in £ sterling, U.S. dollars or euros. If you are purchasing from outside the UK and your currency is not sterling, your credit card company will convert the sterling price to your local currency. You can send your credit card information live on the internet, by phone or by post. Transactions are processed online using Secure Encryption (SSL), in line with industry standards. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch or Maestro.

Returns
Please call us to obtain a returns number. Package the goods in suitable packaging and mark the outer box clearly with your returns number. (goods will not be accepted without a returns number)

Returns Policy

In the interests of high customer satisfaction, we are happy to exchange or refund garments purchased over the internet provided they are returned at the customers expense within 7 days of receipt of goods for UK customers and 14 days for overseas customers. Customers must contact us before returning any goods. For hygiene reasons, goods will only be accepted back for credit if clearly unused and with all labels intact .Damaged goods must be reported by phone on receipt. Customers must have a returns number before any goods can be returned. Goods only with a valid returns number marked on the outer packing will be accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Governing Law and Contract Formation

No contract will subsist between you and Juste Moi for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Juste Moi accepts your order by e-mail or telephone confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Juste Moi sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail), or communicates with you by telephone. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Juste Moi irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
